If you would like to cancel a recurring order, we need at least a 48-hour notice before the payment has processed to try and stop it.
You will be notified via email prior to your order processing, you can respond to this email requesting the order to be canceled. Please email your request to [email protected]. If the order has not been **processed (meaning your card hasn't been charged yet)**or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or edit your order, but we can't guarantee it.
If it has already shipped (meaning it has a tracking number), we cannot stop or edit it, but we are happy to help you start the process to return for a refund or exchange if you would like. Please email your request to [email protected] to request an RMA# and the return address.
If you want to make changes, pause, and/or cancel your subscription at any time, from the Hamish&Co website click on the top-right menu item called "Account". You can then login with your customer email and modify your subscription. You can also select the "Manage my Subscription" button - this will send a code to your email that you can use to login without a password to manage your subscription as well.
